Terms and Conditions
These are the standard terms of sale of PT Safety Hiker Indonesia. Where a quotation states a different figure for delivery, payment or validity, the quotation governs.
1. Delivery
Delivery lead time is stated in the applicable quotation. Lead time follows supplier or manufacturer availability. Delays arising from force majeure are excluded.
2. Warranty
12 months from delivery. Defects in material/workmanship. Repair or replacement at seller's discretion, ship-back basis. Excludes consumables and misuse.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the applicable quotation. Where an advance payment applies, that advance becomes non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
4. Scope of supply
Supply of equipment only. Excludes installation, commissioning, programming, training, and integration services.
5. Validity
Each quotation states its own validity period. Where a quotation is priced against a stated USD/IDR rate, prices are subject to adjustment if that rate moves beyond five per cent.
6. Acceptance
Buyer to inspect within 7 working days of delivery. Deemed accepted if no written defect claim received.
7. Liability
Total liability limited to contract value. Not liable for indirect, consequential, or production losses.
8. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes via BANI Arbitration, Jakarta.
